A naturally occurring alpha hydroxy acid, acidity regulator with exfoliating, skin lightening and moisturising properties. It can be used in a wide range of personal care products.

I used this product to prepare an anti-acne exfoliating serum. I consider it to be a good product since the serum has maintained its consistency and properties for more than 3 months (minimum shelf life of the serum). The shelf life is extended. I am still using it.

I recommend it, it is easy to work with, does not destabilize emulsions. All hair care products should contain lactic acid.

I use it when making shampoo. It regulates ph, cleans scalp and hair really well! Together with the other ingredients it helps the hair. I like it a lot. It really is indispensable. I recommend!

Mælkesyre er et meget surt produkt, så pas på, når du bruger det. Det fungerer godt til justering af surhedsgrad samt til f.eks. peeling.

Jeg bruger den primært til justering af pH i blandingsprodukter. Men pas på hud og øjne ved håndtering, for mælkesyre er meget sur (pH under 2)

It is so easy to adjust the pH of the product you create! When starting out I was struggling quite a bit with the pH and always had to adjust the recipe, but with lactic acid it is very very easy! My opinion is that IT IS ESSENTIAL!
