1. Mix the phase A ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl, heat to 80°C.
2. Add the phase B ingredients to the heated phase A and mix vigorously until it becomes a homogeneous emulsion.
3. Place the container in a cold water bath and continue mixing manually until the temperature of the emulsion reaches 40°C.
4. Add the phase C ingredients and mix thoroughly. Check the pH and adjust if necessary, with lactic acid, to a value of 4.2-4.7.
5. Transfer the preparation into a suitable container.
