Hello, If you have coarser, drier hair that is overheating, we recommend using smoothing conditioners after shampooing.

Good evening. I have a question please. What could I put in my shampoo so that my hair doesn't get tangled. At the moment I use treatment mask after the shampoo and it helps to untangle but I still struggle to get the shampoo to work into my scalp because I can't really do it with how tangled it is. Thanks so much for a possible answer ?????

Hello! The recipe is fine for the most part, we suggest adding as little castor oil as possible as it decreases the lathering and washing power of the shampoo, plus it also liquefies. The dosage of lactic acid cannot be determined in advance, we recommend adding at the end of the preparation, little by little, measuring the pH value after each addition until you get the desired value. Good luck!

Hello. We are thinking that the problem may be from the SCS tenside not completely dissolved upon preparation, from which small granules continue to dissolve over time, swell and become visible clumps. The problem is more aesthetic, we have also encountered it with solid tenside formulas (SCS, SCI). The recommendation is that the phase in question should be heated slower and longer.

Hello, after 1-2 weeks of storage in the container, some white glomerules (agglomerations) appear, floating on the surface of the liquid, more unsightly I think. I mention that I strictly follow the recipe (Nutritive shampoo with castor oil-Formula: 301432) and mix everything well, the shampoo is perfectly liquid when poured into the container. Thank you.

Daniela, without the moisturizing surfactant, the shampoo will be runnier. If this does not bother you then remove this surfactant from the recipe and include glycerin, same amount.
