Hello, Geanina. Vitamin C cannot be included in this formula but kojic acid in principle can. You can remove the buttermilk extract, increase the glycerin by 1.5% and calculate the water adjustment so that the total formula is 100%. Good luck!

Hello! Could I add in this formula vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate) and kojic acid for a blemished complexion and decrease the amount of water and also remove the nalba extract, as I don't have it. Thanks!

Hello Emi. Basically you can replace it, but the solution will produce much less foam in this case.

Hello Cesy. Walnut extract is included in the formula precisely for its beneficial effects on dry and sensitive skin; a substitute we can't recommend, possibly increase the glycerin a little.

Hello Sorina. The substitution you suggest can be made. We mention that this cleanser is a gentle one with a lower washing power, thus, you can increase the percentage of coconut tenside up to 20-25% by adjusting the amount of plain water; the pH will be fine as coconut tenside is not alkaline. As a preservative you can use Cosgard, same amount. Thanks for your appreciation! Have a nice day!

Hello. Can the two tensides in the recipe be entirely replaced (the 15 ml) with coconut tenside, provided the foamer bottle is used? I understand that Cosgard can be used for preservation instead of grapefruit pit extract. Thank you and congratulations for the quality of your products and all the work done on the recipes and more. Good luck and keep up the good work!

The formula contains a low percentage of tensides, and those mild ones, it contains glycerin and marshmallow extract - both known for their moisturizing effect, so the cleanser should not have a drying effect on the skin, on the contrary. On the other hand, depending on the cleanser previously used, the skin may show such a temporary reaction for a few days. We can suggest that you increase the glycerine percentage to 10% the next time you use it. Prepare a small amount of test if necessary.

I have prepared the recipe exactly as you indicated, and although the pH is around 5, it dries my skin extremely bad, my skin flakes immediately after washing. What do you think is the reason and how could I fix it? Because I don't want to waste the ingredients already used.
