Review vouchers
Write your opinion about our products and earn 1 EUR for each review! You can win up to 100 EUR in total!
After shopping with us, you can write reviews of the products. Once these are approved you will receive a voucher.
Reviews can be positive or negative. Just make sure they are informative ans useful for other customers.
Place a new order, and to apply the voucher to the order, find the section in the Shopping Cart where you can enter the code.
The discount will automatically be shown in the total payment of your order.
Vouchers cannot be used to pay shipping taxes.
Reviews should be a decent length, not just "good product", "recommend" or similar.
Reviews cannot be a question, an opinion about another product or a complaint.
This program only applies to reviews made online on the ellemental.com website.
A maximum of 100 reviews from one customer are accepted.
Vouchers cannot be converted into cash, cannot be given retroactively and cannot be transferred from one customer account to another. Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Any attempt to fraud the voucher program will result in the cancellation of awarded vouchers.
We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice.
We reserve the right to withdraw vouchers if the reviews do not meet the stated conditions.
Loyalty points
For orders placed on our website you will receive loyalty points.
The points become active 14 days after the order is shipped.
The value of your order is booked to your customer account and converted into loyalty points, which you can then use to pay for future orders.
You will receive loyalty points for orders placed on our website.
The points you earn become active approximately 14 days after the order is dispatched, which is the time we need to make sure everything is completed successfully.
Example: when you place an order for products of 100 EUR you receive 200 points, each point equals 0,01 EUR. The next time you place an order you use the points and pay 2 EUR less.
To view your available loyalty points and their status, log in to your account and go to the Loyalty Points section.
Place a new order, and to apply the points, find the necessary instructions in the Shopping Cart.
The discount will automatically be applied to the total amount of your order.
The points cannot be used to pay shipping charges.
Loyalty points can only be awarded for orders placed online at ellemental.com
Elemental partners who have a Business Customer account are not eligible for this loyalty program.
When purchasing products on special offers or as special bundles, as they are already discounted, loyalty points may not be available.
Loyalty points are awarded even for orders where points are used. Upon cancellation of an order on which loyalty points have been used, they will be returned to the account or cancelled as appropriate. If you cancel an order, the points you were to receive under the order will also be cancelled.
Loyalty points cannot be converted into cash. Loyalty points cannot usually be combined with other discount vouchers. Points are valid for 90 days after accumulation.
Points cannot be transferred from one customer account to another. Points are not awarded retroactively. Any attempt to fraud the loyalty program will result in the cancellation of all points earned.
We reserve the right to change the conditions and the way loyalty points are awarded or used without prior notice.
