I appreciate the fact that it doesn't contain trace heavy metals like cetearyl alcohol... or at least it's not specified in the product sheet, which gives me hope that it really wouldn't.

A good emulsifier for light textured creams. I use it mostly for face creams in combination with Bella Emulsifier and it has never let me down.
