1. Heat Phase A and Phase B ingredients separately up to 70°C in heat-resistant beakers using a water bath. Once both phases have reached the target temperature, remove from heat.
2. Add the Phase A mixture into Phase B while mixing, and continue mixing until fully homogenized.
3. Place the beaker in a vessel with cold water and mix until a smooth, shiny, and uniform emulsion forms.
4. When the composition has cooled down below 40°C, add Phase C ingredients and mix thoroughly.
5. Transfer the resulting cream into the designated container. The final consistency will stabilize by the following day.
