Checking the Status of Your Order

If you're not sure whether your order has been dispatched, check the status of your recent orders in My Account section of the site.

The shipping process typically takes between 1 and 3 business days.
Delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 days within European Union countries, and more than 10 days for the rest of the world.

Each shipment is assigned a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the transit of your parcel at any time.

Duties and Taxes

Any possible taxes or custom duties must be paid by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check and understand the import regulations, duties, and taxes applicable in their country before placing an order.
We are not liable for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Payment methods

When placing an order, you have multiple payment options available, allowing you to choose the method that best suits your preferences.

You can pay securely by card through the Revolut Gateway — no Revolut account or card is required to use this service.

Alternatively, you may opt for a Bank Transfer, which is available for orders over €100.
