1. Add the water from phase A1 into a heat-resistant beaker. Premix phase A2 in a small bowl. Add A2 to A1 and stir.
2. In another heat-resistant beaker, add the ingredients from phase B.
3. Heat both phases in a water bath to 80°C, then remove from the heat source.
4. Add phase B to phase A and mix for 2-3 minutes. Place the beaker in a bowl of cold water to accelerate cooling and continue stirring until the emulsion temperature drops to 40°C.
5. Add the ingredients from phase C and mix thoroughly. 
6. Transfer the cream into a suitable container.
