1. Mix the ingredients of phase A in a beaker.
2. In another beaker add the phase B ingredients.
3. Heat the two phases on a water bath to 75°C then remove from heat source.
4. Add phase B to phase A and mix until a smooth emulsion forms. Add phase C ingredient and mix well.
5. Place the beaker in a bowl of cold water to accelerate cooling and continue mixing until the emulsion temperature reaches 40°C.
6. Add the phase D ingredients and stir thoroughly.
7. Transfer the cream to the appropriate jar. The consistency of the cream will set the next day.
