1. Mix the ingredients of phase A1 in a beaker. Premix phase A2 in a bowl. Add A2 to A1 and mix.
2. In another beaker add the phase B ingredients.
3. Heat the two phases on a water bath to 75°C then remove from heat source.
4. Add phase B to phase A and mix until a smooth emulsion forms. Place the beaker in a bowl of cold water to accelerate cooling and continue mixing until the emulsion temperature reaches 40°C.
5. Add the phase C ingredients and stir thoroughly. Measure the pH and adjust it to 5.5-5.9
6. Transfer the cream into the appropriate container, we recommend an airless bottle.
