Hello Roxana, UV protection creams require complex formulations. We recommend you follow the BBb-cream-7-in-1 recipe.

Hello! In principle yes, but use low dosages so as not to overload the C phase. Be especially careful with bamboo powder, which, being alkaline, influences the final pH of the cream; use a dosage of less than 0.5%.

Hello. The formula you have thought of sounds okay, but it will not have the consistency of a gel. You can supplement with LMW hyaluronic acid and in principle gluconolactone can be used here at the maximum recommended dosage. Good luck!

Hello, do you think the following gel formula is okay: * plain/ distilled water - 92.9% * sodium PCA - 2% * gluconolactone - 3% * OLIGO hyaluronic acid - 0.5% * concentrated grapefruit pips extract - 0.6% Can you increase the amount of gluconolactone to 5% ? Can I also supplement with 0.5% hyaluronic acid LMW? Good thoughts!

Hello! One can put Stabila co-emulsifier in most oil-in-water (W/O) emulsion formulations, in the usual dosage of 2-3%; basically not subtracting from the main emulsifier but from the fatty phase oils. Gluconolactone is not incompatible with niacinamide to our knowledge. Regarding question 3, the emulsifier percentage should not be increased. Thank you for your appreciation and trust,

Good morning. 1 To make a cream more creamy, thicker, can I add Stabila to any emulsifier ( including Olliva) and in what percentage? And, if so, should I decrease the emulsifier percentage? 2 Can Gluconolactone be used together with niacinamide? 3 If I try to make a cream more creamy by adding more fatty oils (even a little shea), should I increase the emulsifier percentage? By how much? Thank you very much. You do an excellent job!

Hello. We generally recommend using a co-emulsifier or a higher dosage of co-emulsifier - cetearyl alcohol, Stabila, to increase the viscosity of the cream. Increasing the percentage of the oily phase does not necessarily make the cream thicker.

Hello, if I put more emulsifier in general to a cream I get thicker cream? Or do I have to increase the percentage of the oily phase to get a thicker cream?

Dear Lilla! Thank you for your words of praise! Your appreciation confirms our conviction that it was worthwhile to put our time, energy and soul into our work, to keep quality at the forefront of our activities. In answer to your question, LMW or HMW hyaluronic acid can be added to phase C, up to a ratio of 0.5%. Have a nice day!
