1. Heat the ingredients of phases A and B separately up to 75°C in a heat-resistant beaker on a water bath. When both phases have reached the right temperature, remove from heat.

2. Add the contents of phase A to phase B with mixing, continue mixing until smooth. Add phase C and homogenize.

3. Place the beaker in a bowl of cold water and blend until a smooth, glossy, homogeneous emulsion forms.

4. When the mixture has cooled to below 40°C, or hand temperature, add the Phase D ingredients and mix thoroughly until smooth.

5. Measure pH and adjust if necessary.

6. Transfer the composition to the dedicated container. The consistency will be final on the next day

The result is a day cream dedicated to the care of combination or oily skin with rosacea, couperose or acneic tendencies. It has a light, silky texture, is moisturising, anti-ageing and regenerating, and leaves the skin smooth, velvety.

Hello Denisa, The most suitable oils instead of chaulmoogra oil would be: white lily oil, pataua or pracaxi. These oils are beneficial in rosacea and couperose. Instead of essential oil of cistus, we recommend essential oil of mouse's tail or carrot seed.

Hello Cristina, Both essential oils are beneficial for oily acne-prone skin. You can try the recipe with mousetail e.u.e instead of immortelle and immortelle water instead of rosemary water.

Hello. For oily acne-prone skin, would the essential oil of mousetail or essential oil of immortelle be more suitable? If it would be more beneficial would you recommend to replace rosemary water with immortelle?

Hi Stela, Although it has other effects on the skin, the most suitable substitute in this recipe instead of Pure-polis would be Marine-Z. Good luck!

Hello! This recipe is proposed with 2 variants, one with Fluida emulsifier and the other with Liqua. Substitute as such for Fluida does not exist, Liqua emulsifier is the closest, with the mention that it works differently, I have exemplified with several recipes.

Hello! Given that in the recipe appears emulsifier Fluida, which no longer exists in your offer, can you suggest a suitable replacement for this ingredient along with suitable dosages? Thank you!

Hello! If it is stable, no problem, you can use the product. It is a fluid cream, as the name suggests.

Hello! I'm writing here, because I can't send a message to the PROBLEM-SKIN HYDRATING FLUID CREAM. I have a question. I made the cream, I don't know if at the end it should result a fluid cream, like a slightly thicker liquid. I poured it into the pump container. Can it still thicken over the next few days though? Ph is good. Mixing temp was 70°. Thanks!

Yes, it can be substituted. Caprilis is also a good choice.

Hello! In your case we would recommend the other recipe. For toner we recommend formula 30688, for cleanser 12702 or 10658.

Hello! It is possible to enrich the formula with BHA, add no more than 2-2,5% so as not to risk destabilizing the emulsion. No other modifications other than water adjustment are necessary. Good luck!

Hello, could I add BHA to phase C? If yes in what percentage? Are other modifications needed or just the water dosage? Thanks a lot!

Hello, please if you can help me, I can't decide between this cream and Formula: 29752 for an oily complexion with large and many comedones. Which do you think is more suitable? And which toner and cleanser would you recommend? Thank you so much for your help every time!

Hello! It is possible to rethink the recipe with Bella emulsifier, but it would need to be rephrased on phases and dosages; you can follow a recipe with Bella. Instead of some of the water you can use immortelle water, and instead of the essential oil of immortelle you can use the propolis extract from our range (minimum dosage 1.5%). Good luck!
