Description

Aloe vera - what a unique gift from nature! A valuable panacea for the skin, renowned for its soothing, repairing, moisturizing, and revitalizing properties. A remarkable product due to its composition and action on the skin.

Source & Quality: Aloe vera juice from organic cultivation, freshly harvested and filtered, preserved with Ecocert-approved preservatives.

Important note: Contrary to what its name suggests, aloe vera gel does not actually have the consistency of a gel but is fluid. This is normal because the gel extracted from the plant, once crushed and filtered to comply with cosmetic quality standards, becomes as fluid as water. Other aloe vera products that have a gel-like consistency contain added gelling agents!

Ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid
Natural and organic cosmetic product certified by Ecocert Greenlife

COMPOSITION

What makes Aloe Vera Gel truly unique?

  • Contains amino acids such as: lysine, histidine, arginine, aspartic acid, threonine, serine, hydroxyproline, proline, glycine, alanine, cystine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, glutamic acid, phenylalanine, tryptophan, tyrosine
  • Contains enzymes such as: amylase, lipase, alkaline phosphatase, carboxypeptidase, catalase, oxidase
  • Contains polysaccharides such as: glucomannan, pectin, cellulose
  • Also contains phytosterols, minerals, vitamins, and alpha-hydroxy acids

CHARACTERISTICS

  • The texture is light, clear, with moderate viscosity, quick application, efficient absorption, and a subtle scent – ideal for both direct use and as an active ingredient in customized skincare products
  • Recommended applications include: post-waxing/shaving care, after-sun care, scalp and hair formulations, moisturizing gels, and facial toners

MAIN PROPERTIES

  • Moisturizing – helps compensate for water loss in the skin; supports water retention in the stratum corneum, helping maintain hydration and reduce transepidermal water loss
  • Astringent, anti-inflammatory; studies show that aloe vera exhibits anti-inflammatory activity, making it beneficial for sensitive, irritated skin or skin with minor lesions
  • Regenerating, promotes skin renewal, stimulates cell division, and has an activating effect
  • Facilitates faster and more effective wound healing for minor injuries and burns
  • Soothing and comforting to the skin, reduces irritation, redness, and sunburn; thanks to its amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, it supports skin repair processes, reducing redness, irritation, and discomfort
  • Versatile for formulation: the purity and fluidity of the product allow it to be incorporated into a wide variety of formulations—gels, serums, emulsions, scalp and hair products-as an active base or aqueous phase.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

  • Aloe vera gel can be used directly on the skin
  • As is, sprayed, applied with a cotton pad, or used as a compress
  • To give the product a gel-like consistency, 0.3–0.5% xanthan gum may be added
  • As an ingredient for preparing a wide range of skin and hair care products
  • In emulsions, it can be included in the water phase; because it is rich in electrolytes, the high mineral and salt content of aloe vera may affect emulsion stability
  • Suitable for post-sun, post-waxing, and scalp care: its soothing and regenerative properties make it ideal after sun exposure, waxing/shaving, or for sensitive scalps

IN PRACTICE

  • Direct application: after cleansing, apply 2-3 ml of aloe gel to the desired area (face, neck, décolletage, hands, legs) and gently pat or massage until absorbed. Ideal after waxing, shaving, sun exposure, or as a quick treatment for dry skin.
  • In basic formulations: use aloe gel as the water phase at 10-20% in a cream/gel formula or a lightweight body emulsion.
  • Quick mask: combine 10 ml aloe vera gel with 10 ml rose water and white clay -apply to the face for 10 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
  • After-sun treatment: spray a thin layer of aloe gel onto affected areas or apply as a cold compress to reduce redness and rehydrate the skin.
  • Scalp and hair care: for a scalp lotion, combine 10 ml aloe gel with 5 ml avocado oil and a few drops of rosemary or tea tree essential oil; leave on for 30 minutes or longer, then wash/rinse.
  • In DIY formulations: replace distilled water with approximately 20% aloe gel.

SYNERGIES

  • Synergy for mature skin: 60 g aloe vera gel + 37 g organic rose water + 3 g vegetable glycerin → toner used after cleansing
  • Soothing synergy: for after-shave or after-sun formulations, combine with panthenol, allantoin, and ectoin → apply after waxing/shaving.
  • Moisturizing synergy: combine aloe vera gel with humectants such as propanediol, sodium PCA, and pentiol.

I use it as a moisturizing agent in leave in hair masks and conditioners. I always substitute a percentage of the aqueous phase with aloe vera and I love the effect on my hair.

I'm finally getting results with the much vaunted aloe gel too. I have used it before, without noticing the miraculous results for which it is praised. The difference for my complexion, has made the combination with oligo hyaluronic acid. I use it instead of toning lotion, with excellent results from the first use: moisturizing and freshness.

I like it because in the most of shop It s already thick and I prefer mesure the gelling power with xanthane gum because sometimes you need a little bit thick and sometimes more thick. When I use it in aqueous phase, it s better in pur liquid for mix all ingredients together Thank you for this liquid aloe vera :)

It's an ingredient that I've used a lot, as such, in CP soaps instead of water, in aftershave gel, skin cream. It is refreshing, gets into the skin quickly, helps soothe skin irritations.

In the summer, it can come in handy after the sun, under a cream to create a barrier against moisture evaporation. It slightly cools and soothes the skin, pleasant to use. It is better to keep it on the refrigerator door, then after the heat it is very refreshing. I didn't have any allergic reactions to it.

From the description provided, I expected it to have a gel consistency; the product is very fluid.I am going to use a product from another veneer to clarify on the consistency (it was helpful if it was gel, so it could be applied directly to wounds or other areas of concern).
