Purifying toner, acneic skin
Formula: 30688 Difficulty level: beginner Shelf life: min 3 months pH optimal: 5.0-5.5

Phase Ingredients Dosage % Total 100 gr
A Solubilizer 2 2 gr
A Tea Tree essential oil 0,5 0,5 gr
A Cajeput essential oil 0,2 0,2 gr
B Distilled water 39,4 39,4 gr
B Peppermint water 20 20 gr
B Hamamelis water 20 20 gr
B Sodium PCA 2 2 gr
B Aloe Vera gel 15 15 gr
B Allantoin 0,3 0,3 gr
B Cosgard 0,6 0,6 gr

1. Mix the ingredients of phase A and B separately in a glass.

2. Gradually add the contents of phase B to phase A, mixing thoroughly.

3. Transfer the resulting solution to the dedicated container.

The recipe combines purifying essential oils, invigorating and decongesting and mildly astringent floral waters, moisturising and soothing ingredients. It is a toner particularly suitable for combination or oily skin with acneic tendencies. Apply twice daily, morning and evening, after cleansing the complexion. The specific scent given by the essential oils may be considered less pleasant, but it evaporates shortly after application. Shake the bottle before use!

Hello Laura, Yes, the proposed replacement can be carried out. I recommend 1% BS preservative, the difference subtract from the amount of water.

2% niacinamid hozzáadását javasoljuk, arányosan csökkentve a víz mennyiségét. Szép napot!

Szeretném megkérdezni, hogy az alábbi recept kiegészíthető-e niacinamiddal? Ha igen milyen %-os arányban? Köszönöm szépen a választ.

Can you please tell me if this toner can be applied on the body on acne areas? On the décolleté and back? Or what else would you recommend? Thank you very much!

Hi ziau! This recipe would be more suitable, possibly also put 1% Decalact in phase A (increasing by 2% the dosage to solubilizer). Good luck!

Hello, between this recipe and Formula: 39113 which one would be more suitable for a complexion with large and many comedones? Or what beneficial ingredients in this regard can be incorporated if needed? Thanks so much, I really appreciate your help!

Hello! The chosen ingredients are suitable for the age of the little girl, but the dosage matters, especially the essential oil, which would be optimal at about 1%. In such a concentration however, it will not act very effectively. Neem oil is fine, but bear in mind that your child may not tolerate the smell. You can make a biphasic toner from the ingredients of your choice, plus the obligatory preservative. Possibly prepare a smaller test amount first. We suggest you also consider using Mayam propolis extract (specially developed for cosmetics).

Hello! I would like some help in making up a prescription for my 10 year old daughter who has puberty signs and has many pimples, comedones. I thought of something very simple, e.g. a dual-phase toner with plain water, lavender water, neem oil, possibly tea tree essential oil (I have these products at home at the moment). But I don't know what ingredients are ok at her age. I would be very happy if you could help me!

Hello. Rosemary essential oil would be a good substitute in this case.

Hello! You need to identify the cause of these stretch marks and it would be advisable to consult a competent dermatologist but also a nutritionist. From the outside we can help skin regeneration with rosa mosqueta oil for example.

Hello! Too much air was incorporated when blending, in the future try to avoid this as much as possible by immersing the blender at the base of the container.

Hello. You can replace sodium PCA with the same amount of glycerin. You cannot use aloe vera oil in place of aloe vera gel, but you can basically eliminate this ingredient from the recipe. You can include about 2% keratin and collagen, 1% panthenol. Adjust the flat water dosage in relation to the changes made.
