Description
A coconut derived surfactant with high foaming performance and extreme mildness, suited for use in a variety of cleansing personal care products for skin and hair including solid bars, imparts a luxurious, silky skin after-feel. Good choice where mildness and rich dense foam are desired.

USE RECOMMENDATIONS
- suited for use in solid and liquid shampoos, shower gels, facial cleansers, hair mousse, shaving foams, pet shampoos
- is the surfactant of choice for syndet bars, in which no conventional soap is used
- enhances the lathering properties of bar soaps
- ideal for moisturising skin cleansers
- add to the heated surfactant/water phase of formulations
- optimal pH 6.0 - 8.0

I also like to use SCI in shower gels and solid shampoo. It provides a consistent lather, and increases the viscosity of the shower gel. An indispensable ingredient.

Good product but it should not be heated a lot and that's why the pieces should be smaller, even fine, they are very big and take time to melt. I do not recommend.

For bath balls only this type of surfactant I use to make decent lather and is gentle on skin. Fine granulation and dissolves perfectly.

I've used tenside to make effervescent bath balls. The foaming is moderate in this case. I like that I can include vegetable oils without the oily feeling on the skin at the end of the bath.

I use it in bath bombs and it has a moderate foaming power but gentle on the skin. I would have liked to have two versions, high and fine granulation. I recommend this product ☺️

Once I discovered an easy way to marinate it before use (on a flat surface, on a sheet of paper, rolled with a bottle previously disinfected and necessarily wearing a mask during this operation) the preparation of products (shampoo, face wash) became easy. A very good and useful product!

Great remedy I love to make from it not only a solid shampoo, but also a cream-gel for shower and bath. Be sure to use goggles, mask, gloves!

Experiment cleanser. One did not harden enough being able to mold after each use. The other did not melt enough and large particles remained. Where did I go wrong? I saw in your suggested Recipes that the percentage used is quite high over 50% although in the instructions you raise the percentage up to 60%.
