Formula: 12108 Difficulty level: medium Shelf life: min 3 months pH optimal: 5.5-6.0

Phase Ingredients Dosage % Total 30 gr
A Evening Primrose oil 10 3 gr
A Rosa Mosqueta oil 10 3 gr
A Emulsifier Alfa 6 1,8 gr
B Neroli water 20 6 gr
B Pure / distilled water 49,9 15 gr
B Xanthan gum 0,3 0,09 gr
C Aloe Vera powder 0,2 0,06 gr
C Ectoin 2 0,6 gr
C Vitamin E 0,5 0,15 gr (4 drop)
C Bisabolol natural 0,5 0,15 gr (5 drop)
C Fragard 0,6 0,18 gr (6 drop)

1. In a glass add the liquid ingredients of phase B, over which gradually sprinkle the xanthan gum and stir vigorously until completely dispersed. Set aside for gel formation, during which time prepare phase A.

2. In a bowl add the Alfa emulsifier and mix for about 20 seconds then add the oils a little at a time, similar to making a mayonnaise. The composition should gradually harden into a viscous gel.

3. Add the contents of phase B little by little over phase A, mixing well.

4. Add the ingredients of phase C in turn, stirring thoroughly after each.

5. Transfer the mixture to the dedicated container. The consistency will be final on the next day.

Kellett volna? A keverésnél sem igazán kezdett sűrűsödni, de reménykedtem, hogy másnapra eléri a kívánt állagot. Dagasztókarral kevertem, esetleg botmixerrel kellett volna? Előre is köszönöm a választ, Boros Andrea

Hello. Aloe powder is slightly grainy, not as fine as rice powder.

Hello, Although I am off topic, I would like to know if aloe vera powder is of a very fine granulation , similar to micronized rice powder. Thank you in advance!

Hello. You can add spirulina instead of the royal jelly powder, but keep in mind that you will see a fine green layer on the skin. Possibly use the cream as a mask (with rinsing afterwards).

Hello. The present formula is not optimal for oilier or acne-prone skin, as it has a rather high lipid dosage in the first place. We assume that you have added the rice oil and vegetable silicone in phase A by appropriately subtracting or replacing the other vegetable oils. The recipe implicitly contains quite a lot of glycerin, and the addition of panthenol and collagen is not an optimal choice in this case, but that also depends on the dosage. Vitamin A can also contribute to the problems, or even the fragrance. The skin should be cleansed with a product that also contains tensides, a gel with panthenol and essential oil does not cleanse the skin well. We hope we've been able to help.

To this recipe I added rice oil, and vegetable silicone in the first phase and at the end I added vit A , panthenol, collagen , tea tree and freesia fragrance. I also made in larger quantity for my sisters. I have normal skin, one sister has acne (teenage) and the other has combination sensitive skin. After less than 1 week the sister with problematic skin had comedones all over her complexion, and after 2 weeks we had a few. The cream, otherwise, is very good ..(even the sister with sensitive skin is very happy with it, she hardly finds something that doesn't irritate her), only I would like to know what to change/eliminate from it to stop pimples from appearing under our skin.(before each application we cleanse our skin with a gel with tea tree and panthenol) . I await your reply.Thank you.

You can use jojoba and tamanu oils in the recipe instead of the two recommended oils, but you cannot substitute Bella for the Alpha emulsifier.

Good afternoon. For the moisturizing properties you could consider cucumber extract or glycerin as a substitute, but the form (powder or liquid) of the ingredient also matters. The emulsifier already contains glycerin, therefore we suggest removing the aloe powder from the recipe without replacing it with another ingredient.

Hello, You can replace the oils in the recipe with melted shea butter and argan oil. The aloe vera gel can be included in phase B, dosage about 15% and subtract the immersion water appropriately - thus replacing the aloe vera powder. We do not recommend including raw buttermilk, the cream would be prone to accelerated microbial growth. Royal jelly powder can be removed from the recipe. Allantoin can be included, for example, 0.3-0.5%. The cream is not watery, but is fluid; only fluid textures and cream-gel viscosity can be achieved with Alpha emulsifier.

Hello, I would like to try the recipe myself but I need help and advice. Can you replace the evening light oil with shea butter(melted in a steam bath) and the rosa mosqueta oil with argan oil? Instead of aloe powder I have aloe gel at home (don't know if it's ok being watery) and instead of matcha milk powder I have raw matcha milk in a jar. How could I include them in place of the ones in the recipe so as not to spoil the composition and if I can change how much should I use?I don't want the cream to come out watery. Maybe something else should be added under these conditions... I made the vitamin serum and it turned out very well, I'm very pleased with it and I've got the courage to try a cream. Thank you.

Infusions are more susceptible to microbial growth and spoil much faster compared to floral waters. In some formulas they can be incorporated, but in emulsions we usually do not recommend.

Melinda, we cannot recommend a substitute but you can replace it with other active ingredients such as: hyaluronic acid, dragon's blood extract, coconut powder, silk protein.
