1. Mix the powders of phase A and combine them with the glycerin until a homogeneous paste is formed.
2. In a separate container mix the ingredients of phase B.
3. Add phase A to phase B and stir vigorously, set aside until it gels.
4. Transfer the mixture to the dedicated jar.
