Sziasztok! Köszönöm szépen Noéminak a telefonos segítséget! Nátrium-laktát helyett Nátrium PCA-t tettem bele.

You can increase the consistency of the cream with an addition of 0.2-0.4% xanthan gum, with the caveat that if the emulsification was not done correctly, the xanthan may also fail to stabilize the cream.

Hello. I made the cream but it came out a bit soft, more precisely it has the consistency of a body lotion. A small part of the Olliva emulsifier hardened on the circumference of the Berzelius glass, it didn't mix as it should probably due to the fact that the mixer paddle I used is conical, with the smaller side down and so I couldn't get close to the walls of the glass. Now what can I do to increase the consistency? If I add xanthan gum is it ok? About how much? Thanks!

Hello! Creams can also be blended with a vertical blender, if prepared in a volume large enough for the blender head.

Change in odor over time is generally a sign of alteration. Using a plastic container is not a problem, but if it is jar type then using a spatula for sampling is indicated, otherwise there is a risk of contaminating the cream with your hands. You can also use another essential oil if you prefer.

After 2 months of use it has a cream status odor. I point out that I made it exactly as in the recipe, it came out fine but I put it in a plastic container. Do you think that influences it? And can another essential oil be used?

Hi, thanks for the reply, but I'd rather wait for the parcel to arrive and used Olliva :)

Hello Renata! In principle you can put Bella, about 1 gr more than the missing amount of Olliva. Possibly come back with a feedback after preparing the cream. Good luck!

Hello, What emulsifier could I add to the oily part, because I put Olliva, but I don't have enough and I'm missing a few grams. Can I possibly put Bella or Protecta? Thanks!

Hello. Your recipe is good for body skin care. Although it seems to be a simple formula, it contains effective active ingredients. The percentage of dragon's blood extract is sufficient, but you can include a moisturizing agent in phase B (glycerin, mallow extract) or even niacinamide, also in phase B, in the next preparation of the cream. Phase C can be enriched with 0.1-0.3% hyaluronic acid, which is sufficient, reducing the percentage to Q10.

Hello, modifying the above recipe I prepared a body cream for refermization: hemp oil 10g, Olliva 6g, plain water 78g, dragon's blood extract 2g, coenzyme Q10 3g, vitamin E 0.5g, Cosgard 20 drops. I use it with a lot of pleasure but I want to ask you if you find it effective or maybe next time when I prepare it I should change the percentages? Maybe e.g. dragon's blood extract is too little in 100ml cream? It says max 4% but for fear of destabilization I didn't put that much. Can acerola powder, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide be included? Thanks!

Hello, Monoi oil can be replaced with another vegetable oil resistant to oxidation: rice, almond, etc. You can even use a mix of oils, respecting the grammage indicated in the formula.

Good evening. I would like to make this recipe, I have all the ingredients except the monoi oil. But I have grapeseed, rice, avocado, sesame, sweet almond, rapita. Which would be the most suitable? Or can I even combine 2 oils?

Hello, You can adapt the recipe, but for the eye area we recommend using a formula enriched with active ingredients that act synergistically to care for the delicate skin in the eye area (formulas: FM10548, AP245521). Have a nice day!
