Hello, I have a question please: I notice that, for most of the prescriptions, the shelf life is at least 3 months. The question is, what would be the maximum? Thank you!

Hello Cornelia, This cream for irritated, sensitive skin is formulated with specially selected ingredients for this skin type. We recommend you measure the final pH and increase it by gradually adding arginine. we wish you!

Hello! I made this cream a few days ago, but I added lactic acid because it had a high ph. I used it, but after a day the skin was very irritated. Is it possible that I put too much lactic acid, even though I drizzled and measured each time. Do you think I could raise the ph of the cream in this case?

Hello! This results in a quantity of about 35 gr, if you got less than the recipe requires then supplement with water.

Fragard can be added at the same time as the rest of the ingredients and can be warmed, it is not heat sensitive.

Me again :) When to add fragard in phase B? When the glass is removed from the water bath?

Hello! It's ok, because we have a higher dosage and in this case it should be divided into the two phases separately. All the best!

Hello, I want to try this recipe, and the Aleppo balm recipe (1891) for psoriasis. I would like to add cosmetic urea, as I have read that it is indicated for this condition. Please write me how much to use and at what stage to add it and in which of the two recipes it fits better. Regarding this recipe, at the moment you don't have licrorice extract and guaiac essential oil in stock. I have read that they can be replaced with panthenol (instead of licorice extract) and chamomile CO2 extract (instead of guaiac). Please write me what quantities to use for these substitutes. Thank you.

Hello, I see that you do not have guaiac essential oil, what can replace it? or when will it be in stock? Thank you

Hello! The macerate must be re-made because without preservative it starts to develop bacteria after 2-3 days and you risk compromising the cream.

Hello, I macerated mimosas powder about 2 weeks ago. Could I use this macerate? Will it influence the recipe? Or should I prepare it again 24hrs before, as stated in the instructions? Thanks Raluca
