Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of plant extracts, primarily essential oils, to enhance psychological and physical well-being. Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts obtained from the flowers, leaves, stems or roots of certain plants.

Benefits of aromatherapy include relaxation, stress reduction, improved sleep quality and emotional balance. Essential oils can be inhaled, massaged or added to baths.
