1. Heat phases A and B separately to 80°C, then remove them from the heat source.
2. Add phase B to phase A while mixing, and continue mixing for 2-3 minutes. Avoid incorporating air as much as possible.
3. Place the vessel in a cold water bath and continue stirring until the emulsion temperature reaches 40°C.
4. Add the ingredients from phase C and mix thoroughly.
