Gel Light Legs for tired, heavy legs

Phase Ingredients Dosage % Total 250 gr
A Solubilizer 5 12,5 gr
A Peppermint essential oil 1 2,5 gr
A Cypress essential oil 1 2,5 gr
B Pure / distilled water 51,6 129 gr
B Immortelle water 30 75 gr
B Red Wine extract 10 25 gr
B Xanthan gum 0,8 2 gr
C Cosgard 0,6 1,5 gr
C Chlorophyll (optional, for colouring) a little

1. In a beaker mix the ingredients of phase A

2. In another glass mix the liquid ingredients of phase B, sprinkle xanthan gum and stir vigorously. Set aside for a few minutes for the gel to form.

3. Gradually add phase B over phase A, mixing slowly, thoroughly.

4. Add the ingredients of phase C and mix. Transfer the resulting gel to the dedicated bottle.

The result is an active gel formulated with ingredients that work synergistically to relieve the feeling of heavy, tired feet. Apply daily or 2-3 times a week.

Hello! Instead of red vine extract you can use wild chestnut extract, which is equally beneficial in such applications.

Hello! The product in question is a simple oily conditioner with menthol, eucalyptus essential oil and thyme; the original is petrolatum based, we can use a vegetable butter. If you want to make a gel like the recipe above, the base can be water + gelling agent, essential oils and preservative.
