Vitamin A is inescapable in the products I use for my skin and scalp. I use it in a higher percentage than recommended, minimum 1%. It's good.

I use a drop or two in my face serums along with a few drops of essential oils (the serums are vegetable oil based, organic or not, in 30 ml matte bottles). It's quite vascous.

I wouldn't know to confirm all that vitamin A can do, they include it in the day and night cream for the complexion. But I couldn't make these creams and not add it.

The only thing that I don't like about it is that it drips hard ,but I removed the dropper cap and with a pipette I can add the desired amount in soaps, bath bombs and creams .

After adding this vitamin, my face cream left my complexion too oily. It works in body lotion.
