Lavender water Organic (Lavandula angustifolia) is one of the most versatile hydrosols in natural cosmetics. Obtained through the steam distillation of the flowering tops of fine lavender, this floral water combines properties that seem, at first glance, contradictory: it is simultaneously purifying and soothing, astringent and comforting, active on oily skin and gentle on sensitive skin.
Its aromatic profile is sweet and fresh, with discreetly sweet herbaceous notes, different and more subtle than lavender essential oil. Its versatility makes it the optimal ingredient both for formulas designed for problematic skin, as well as for soothing body products or evening rituals. I use lavender water on hot days, spray on my face and décolleté. I have sensitive skin, lavender water gives a very pleasant sensation. I used the bottle with a spray pump also from Elemental. Be careful with the pump, some are for oils and have less fine spray, buy the pump for aqueous solution.

It's a mild water. I find the smell strange. It reminds me slightly of vinegar. I took the water for a teenager to cleanse his complexion with it. I added tea tree essential oil and lavender essential oil, but because of the odor I will still use the water :)
