1. Heat the ingredients of phases A and B separately up to 75°C in a heat-resistant beaker on a water bath. When both phases have reached the right temperature, remove from heat.

2. Add the contents of phase A to phase B with mixing, continue mixing until smooth. Add phase C and homogenize.

3. Place the beaker in a bowl of cold water and blend until a smooth, glossy, homogeneous emulsion forms.

4. When the mixture has cooled to below 40°C, or hand temperature, add the Phase D ingredients and mix thoroughly until smooth.

5. Measure pH and adjust if necessary.

6. Transfer the composition to the dedicated container. The consistency will be final on the next day.

Light and gentle, with a simple but optimal formula for daily skin moisturising. It is a fluid emulsion that can be used for both skin and hand moisturising.

Hello! We recommend panthenol 1% or hyaluronic acid LMW / Oligo 0.5%.

Hello! If you used exactly the dosages and ingredients recommended in the recipe, then the mistake was in the preparation method, wrong temperature or wrong combination of phases. Unfortunately, an unsuccessful and destabilized emulsion is not recommended to be used.

Hello! We do not recommend substitution. Varisoft is included in hair formulas as an emulsifier with hair conditioning properties.

Hello! In this formula you need a stabilizing agent in the water phase. In place of xanthan gum you could use guar gum for example, a slightly higher dosage, but we have not done any tests on this.

Hello, because I don't like the feeling that xanthan gum leaves on the skin, can I replace it in this recipe with an emulsifier or something else? Thank you.

Hello! We do not recommend changing the emulsifier in this recipe. Liqua ensures the viscosity and stability of this very light-textured emulsion.

Hello! The suggested substitutions are fine, the marshmallow extract and rose water are good choices.

Good morning. Instead of cucumber extract, could I use nalba extract? And for slightly dry skin could I use rose water? Thank you and have an easy day.
