USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour the base into a vessel
- Add fragrance, water-based colorants or other water soluble ingredients
- It is recommended that no more than 1% fragrance is to be added, above this amount can cause the product to thin and have a cloudy appearance
- Water based actives and extracts can be added up to 4%
- Stir gently to prevent bubbles and pour into a bottle.
