Fluid Color corrector
Formula: 52140 Difficulty level: medium Shelf life: min 3 months pH optimal: 5.5-6.0

Phase Ingredients Dosage % Total 50 gr
A Canberry oil 5 2,5 gr
A Coco-silicone 5 2,5 gr
A Emulsifier Liqua 3 1,5 gr
B Distilled water 75 37,5 gr
B White hydrophilic pigment 10 5 gr
B Red hydrophilic pigment 0,18 0,09 gr
B Black hydrophilic pigment 0,16 0,08 gr
B Yellow hydrophilic pigment 0,5 0,25 gr
C Xanthan gum 0,26 0,13 gr
D Natural fragrance oil Linden 0,3 0,15 gr
D Cosgard 0,6 0,3 gr

1. Heat the ingredients of phases A and B separately up to 75°C in a heat-resistant beaker on a water bath. When both phases have reached the right temperature, remove from heat.

2. Add the contents of phase A to phase B with mixing, continue mixing until smooth. Add phase C and homogenize.

3. Place the beaker in a bowl of cold water and blend until a smooth, glossy, homogeneous emulsion forms.

4. When the mixture has cooled to below 40°C, or hand temperature, add the Phase D ingredients and mix thoroughly until smooth.

5. Measure pH and adjust if necessary.

6. Transfer the composition to the dedicated container. The consistency will be final on the next day.

The result is a liquid-textured concealer that gives a pleasant, almost imperceptible feel on the skin. It can also be used in place of a medium coverage foundation.
It has a light neutral shade. For a darker shade, a little of each hydrophilic pigment can be added at the end; for a warmer tone, the dosage of the yellow pigment can be increased slightly, and for a cooler tone, the dosage of the red pigment can be increased slightly

Hello Hina, We recommend removing the essential oil from the formula and replacing the Cosgard preservative with Fragard, using the same amount. For your safety, we recommend that you perform a tolerance test of the preservative in the elbow crease.

Good evening! I made this recipe several times and I was very pleased with the way it looked on my skin, but after a while I started to feel itchy on my face. What could I eliminate or replace to eliminate the allergic potential?(with the memory that I have used face creams with cosgard and I have not had problems so far)Thanks in advance! Have a nice evening!

Hello! It can be substituted, but we cannot predict what changes are needed in the dosage of the other pigments. Possibly prepare a smaller test quantity.

Hello! You can also add green pigment, you need quite a little, add gradually. You can also follow the proportions from the green concealer stick recipe. Good luck!

Hello, Could green pigment also be added to make a fluid to mask redness? If yes, in what quantity? Or could I somehow use the pigment proportions from the green concealer lipstick in this formula? Thank you!

Hello! Hyaluronic acid HMW is indeed a gelling agent, but we don't know if in this case it will be enough to stabilize the composition. The Liqua emulsifier is mandatory, otherwise it does not combine the aqueous and oily ingredients.
