Hello Cristina, The active, anti-rheumatic ingredients of this recipe are Chili CO2 extract and juniper. In addition to these two active ingredients, we can also recommend cajeput and wintergreen e.u. For dosage, please study the product description.

Hello. In view of the fact that arnica co2 extract is missing... What alternatives do you offer? I'd like something as effective as possible for bone pain, rheumatic. Basically said, what mix of essential oils and which ones could we introduce, for example in this formula?

The co-emulsifier can be removed, instead you would need to add 0.2-0.3% xanthan gum for stability.

Dear Mrs Zoltán Fábián, we cannot recommend a substitute extract with the same properties, but you can use arnica oil instead of calendula oil. Have a nice day!
