Hello Gabriella, Unfortunately, arnica extract is no longer part of our product range and we are unable to offer you an extract with similar properties instead. Your recipe is fine and, although the properties of the oil are different to the concentrated extract, the percentage of oil incorporated and the presence of the other active ingredients will result in an effective balm. Have a sunny day!

Hello! I notice that arnica extract has been out of stock for a very long time. To replace the extract, I thought of a formula with arnica oil and I would like you to tell me if you think it can be as good as the one with the extract: A Coconut butter 40% A Arnica oil 34% A Olive oil Emulsifying Wax 20% B Ravintsara essential oil 3% B Lavender essential oil 2% B Chili extract CO2 0,8% B Rosemary antioxidant extract CO2 0,2% Thank you.

Hello! First of all I want to thank you for everything you do! I have only been using products made using your recipes for over 7 years and I am very pleased with the results! Do you happen to have a recipe suitable for rheumatoid polyarthritis? Can I adapt this one somehow? Thank you in advance!

The balm can also be prepared with the suggested substitution, keeping in mind that olive oil is oilier and heavier on the skin than babassu oil.

Is it ok to use extra virgin olive oil infused with dandelion instead of babassu oil?

Hello, I made this balm replacing ravintsara with wintergreen and chili with menthol crystals, it came out a successful balm. I also made the one for varicose veins (chili and arnica) is more warming, I only use it for sore legs. Thanks Elemental, I am very happy with the recipes on the site, I follow you with much interest :)

You can also use oily chili macerate, but the dosage should be higher as the extract is more concentrated. We hope you find our recipes useful.

Hello! The formula is designed to be a warming balm. It can be changed to be cooling, so you can replace the chili extract with menthol crystals.

Hello, could I add menthol crystals to this cream for a local cooling effect or do you think it is pointless? Thanks a lot !

Hello! You can also make the balm with beeswax, but the texture will be greasier. You need a lower dosage, about 13-15%.
