From my point of view it is the most effective moisturizing ingredient and that's why I include it in maximum percentage for hand and neck care. It has a smoothing effect and reduces flaking of dry and mature skin.
Cosmetic urea is one of the ingredients I use in the preparation of my hand cream. Its properties: excellent moisturizer and reduction of dry skin flaking make me not conceive a hand cream without the ingredient cosmetic urea.
