I still don't have time to make my own shampoos but I've been reading reviews on here where people use various gimmicks, I add powder to my regular shampoo (natural ingredients) and I find it improves the effects (left in for a few minutes before rinsing)
suitable for all hair types, especially for thinning hair, dull hair, itchy scalp use as a mask, in mixture with water/floral water, optionally in combination with other herbal powders for washing hair, combine with shikakai and amla powders use as a dry shampoo, in mixture with other herbal powders use as an oily macerate for the preparation of hair protective oils, conditioners, oily face serum
I use Sidr along with other powders to create a natural shampoo, extremely effective in cleansing and maintaining hair and scalp. Sidr is astringent, rich in saponins, gives hair rich volume and protects the hair cuticle from the elements. It is excellent for soothing scalp itching, removing dandruff, and fixing color after henna dyeing.
Jujube powder is very good for soothing itchy skin and scalp. My skin gets irritated quickly, I've developed a sensitivity that manifests itself with redness. I am really happy because I discovered this magnificent plant which stops my itching. I use it as a skin mask... I also use it as a hair paste mask for my itchy scalp with dandruff.
I combine this powder as 2 other powders and mix it all in a small dose of shampoo every time I wash my hair. I leave the shampoo with the powders for about 2-3 minutes to work, then rinse. I couldn't believe that after 4-5 washes, my hair started falling out a lot less (I had massive hair fall that I couldn't stop with any commercial shampoo). In addition to adding the powders, I also enhanced my shampoo with marine-z (for seborrheic dermatitis which I suffer from) and geranium essential oil. The itching and flakes have almost completely disappeared, so these products are fff effective. I used to make a solid shampoo with special ingredients (from this site) for my hair problems, but due to lack of time, I stopped doing it. With that solid shampoo, it worked great: no itching, no flaking at all, no hair loss. Soon, I will start doing the soap again. In conclusion, a huge thank you to the team at elemental.ro for providing us with such a rich range of cosmetic ingredients at fair prices, along with many very useful cosmetic recipes. You have all my appreciation!
