Peptide Booster
Formula: 28154 Difficulty level: beginner Shelf life: min 3 months pH optimal: 5.5-6.0

Phase Ingredients Dosage % Total 30 gr
A Pure water 88,4 26,5 gr
A Peptide-coll 3 0,9 gr
A Peptidelin 2 0,6 gr
A Sodium lactate 2 0,6 gr
A Acacia gum 2 0,6 gr
A Guar gum 2 0,6 gr
B Cosgard 0,6 0,18 gr

1. Mix the liquid ingredients of phase A and sprinkle the gums with vigorous stirring. Set aside for a few minutes for the gel to form.

2. Add phase B and homogenise. Transfer the resulting solution to the dedicated container.

The result is a concentrated peptide serum that aims to diminish expression lines, relax the skin, relax the muscles responsible for wrinkle formation, stimulate collagen production and improve the overall appearance of the face.
It is usually applied together with the day moisturiser or night nourishing cream, but can also be applied individually as a serum, a few drops spread over clean and toned skin.

Hello Cornelia, BS Preservative can be used to protect a variety of cosmetic products, especially aqueous systems and emulsions, with pH between 2 - 5.5. When replacing Cosgard Preservative with BS Preservative in this recipe, adjust the pH of the product to 5.5.

Hi Daniela, We recommend you to prepare the recipe again, taking care to measure the exact quantities, especially guar gum and acacia gum. The serum should have the consistency of a fluid gel, easy to spread on the skin, without leaving any flaking after massaging it into the skin.

Hi there! I made this recipe and it came out very viscous, it flows very hard from the pipette. After applying to the face, if I massage the product more on the skin, flakes appear, or the gel turns into flakes. I don't know how to describe it exactly, but I think you get my point. I followed the recipe exactly. In terms of effectiveness, it's very good. I mean, you can really see the effect of the peptides in reducing wrinkles and slightly immobilizing the muscles. Thank you in advance for your reply!

Hi Laura, the PH of the finished product preserved with Softdermo Eco must be less than 5.5%. In the case of this recipe we cannot recommend the proposed substitution. Yes, you can add dermo-filler 2%, adjusting the amount of water. Measure the pH of the finished product.

Can cosgard be replaced with softdermo4%? I would add dermo filler 2% and I wouldn't put dairy as I don't have it

Hello! In place of the sodium lactate you can in principle use another moisturizing, moisturizing ingredient, but we haven't tested the formula in that sense.

Unfortunately you can not, ceramid being liposoluble. Have a nice day!

Hello. On the serum in which you added more grapefuit pit extract than the recipe calls for, but no more than 1%, it's probably okay and you can use it if it hasn't destabilized. With the other serum, the extra water isn't a problem, but if it's peeling it means you've either included too much gummy dosage or you're applying too much to the skin.

Hello, I made 2 serums, to one of them I inadvertently put more grapefruit extract than specified in the recipe, is there a problem, and to the other one I added up to a gram of water extra and today when I used it peeled off the face, that is, it exfoliated, something like that, what can I do?

Hello! We do not recommend in this formula the proposed substitution. You can make a similar composition without guar and acacia but with xanthan about 0,3%, in this case you have to change the preservative with Cosgard.
