Formula: 4031 | Difficulty level: beginner | Shelf life: - |
Phase | Ingredients | Total 100 gr |
A | Rose water | 5 gr |
A | Pure / distilled water | 7,5 gr |
B | Red clay | 2 gr |
B | Ghassoul clay | 7 gr |
C | Argan oil | 1 gr |
C | Cistus essential oil | 1 drop |
In a bowl mix the waters from phase A. In another bowl mix the clays from phase B.
Sprinkle phase B over phase A and allow the clays to absorb the liquid without stirring. This is recommended to avoid lumps and to obtain a homogeneous texture.
Stir, add the oils from phase C and stir again until a soft, uniform paste is obtained
Note: depending on the batch, the density of the clays may vary slightly, and if at the end of the preparation the mask is too fluid or too compact, add a little clay or water as necessary.
The mask is ready to use immediately after preparation. Apply to clean skin with a brush, avoiding the eye area and lips. Leave on for approx. 10 minutes, and if the skin is sensitive, leave for a shorter time, approx. 5 minutes.
Use this time to relax in a comfortable position.
With a sponge soaked several times in lukewarm water, moisten the mask on the skin to make rinsing easier. Rinse with plenty of water, pat the face with a soft towel, then apply a toner and moisturiser.
The Moroccan mask is suitable for all skin types, especially for heavy, congested, combination/oily skin and acne/post-acne. It can be applied 2-3 times a week as part of a specific treatment or once a week for general skin maintenance.
