Hello, Yes, we've updated and modernized some recipes, but if you liked a particular recipe, you can still prepare it. You can make the suggested substitution. Thanks for the kind words and of course we are preparing more news for you. wish you!

Hello, did you have a recipe for a micellar cleanser with lavender water. I've been using it for over a year but can't find it anymore. Have you changed the ingredients, and this be the improved recipe? Thank you very much. Can I substitute the lemon balm water for the lemon balm water? Thanks so much once again! You guys are wonderful and I can't wait to see what new things you have in store for 2023?

Unfortunately in cosmetic formulations you don't work in ml, but in grams. Ingredients have different densities and therefore the quantities cannot be converted from grams to ml unless you know the densities of each ingredient individually and calculate them. For anyone who wants to prepare cosmetics at home, a small high-precision weighing scale is a basic tool without which you cannot work. This type of scale is available in the Elemental range.

Hello! The recipe is made cold, so you can't include ingredients that require heating such as cetearyl alcohol - even though it would also contribute to a cleansing, being a surfactant after all. For an increased cleansing effect, we recommend replacing the washing base with coconut surfactant, keeping the dosage the same. Good luck!

hi I apologize - I asked a similar question on another recipe and I can't find it - I must have posted before I made an account because it doesn't show up.... in short : can I increase the amount of tenside for a better cleaning effect? to use only one product for washing, but also to moisturize... i imagine that something must be added for stability - but i don't know exactly what (could i use cetearyl alcohol?), that's why i prefer to ask twice... thanks a lot!

Hello! The blue pigment gives color to the preparation, but as specified in the recipe, it is an optional ingredient and can be omitted. Phase A does not come out liquid, on the contrary, if worked as directed, it should have the texture of a compact gel.

GOOD EVENING. WHY THIS PREPARATION AFTER THE EMULSIFICATION PHASE COMES OUT LIQUID AND WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE BLUE PIGMENT?

Hello Anca. From what you report, we suspect that the emulsification procedure was not done correctly, thus the composition destabilized. When preparing recipes with Alfa emulsifier it is very important to follow the instructions exactly.

Hello, I have prepared the cleansing milk according to the formula proposed by you.I think that somewhere I made a mistake because it has too liquid consistency. After about 2 weeks after preparation and the odor has changed (the preparation has acquired a bit of sour milk). Could you help me with some recommendations/tips/. Thanks!

Dear Betti! Without a wash base or another surfactant, this composition would be a simple face milk, so the wash base has its role in the recipe. In principle, you can also add thickening tenside instead of the wash base, in about the same amount. Have a nice day!

Dear Elemental, can this recipe be made without a softening wash base? It only needs 1 gram, what does it even do? Do you have thickening tenzidem, can you substitute this washing base with it?

Hello, Most preparations can also be refrigerated. The important thing is to keep them in a cool environment, below 25°C.

Hello! Is it possible to replace the soft detergent base with consistent surfactant, the pH being then corrected with lactic acid?
