1. Combine phase A ingredients in a beaker and stir gently until smooth and creamy.
2. Incorporate phase B ingredients into phase A and heat in a water bath to melt all together. Stir gently every now and then.
3. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Add phase C and stir well.
4. Once it has cooled to below 40°C (about hand temperature) add the ingredients of phase D and stir well.
5. Transfer the preparation to the dedicated jar. Optionally, if you want a creamy consistency, whip it a few hours after preparation when it has thickened.
