Hello... Could you please recommend me a cream for diaper rash with pustules (bubbles) (I specify that it doesn't have at the bottom, only where the diaper closes, on one side it has, and in the groin, where the wings of the diaper are)... I have used fucidin h, nidoflor, cutaden on doctor's recommendation, but to no avail.... He doesn't eat it, it doesn't bother him... Thank you in advance!!!

Hello! Yes, this recipe is a good choice. You can remove the zinc oxide, the cream will come out a bit softer, but it's not a particular problem. Good thoughts!

Hi, I've been looking for a recipe that could be adapted for hemorrhoids after childbirth. Do you think this recipe would be beneficial if I remove the zinc oxide? Thank you so much for your help. You are wonderful, ever since I discovered you I use only your recipes.

Hello! Guaiac oil will be out of stock for a while as the tree is temporarily out of production. You can also prepare the cream without this ingredient, it will be very good and beneficial even so, possibly include Schisandra Extract - an ingredient recommended in applications for problematic, reactive, atopic skin, which significantly contributes to the skin regeneration process.

Hello, guaiac essential oil has been out of stock for some time. Could you recommend a substitute, please? Or if I remove it from the recipe, will its beneficial effects suffer considerably? Thanks for your clarifications.

Hello! This cream we recommend for the buttocks area, but for skin care with dermatitis we can suggest the following recipe: atopic skin balm. For milk crusts you would need a specially formulated emulsion, we don't have such a recipe at the moment.

Hello! In principle yes, you can make an ointment from the two proposed ingredients, considering that lanolin is also used as such in certain applications.

Hello, Raluca! The color of the cream is not the same because the chamomile extract you used replacing bisabolol has an influence on the color of the finished product. The consistency and viscosity is finalized 1-2 days after preparation. If you put a little more zinc oxide, it is not a problem. The cream prepared from this recipe is fattier, indeed, but apply in a thin layer. Petrini paste contains paraffin and petroleum jelly - both derived from petroleum, it also contains talc, it has by default a different texture compared to ointments prepared on the basis of vegetable oils.

Hello I tried the cream for my baby and grandchild, but I have some dilemmas. the color is not the same, the consistency is not what I imagined. I took out only the guaiac oil, which you said can be omitted and replaced the bisabolol with chamomile extract. I have increased the amount of zinc oxide. will it affect the product over time? i found it oily from the marigold oil. i wanted it more towards the classic petrini paste of old. thank you very much

Hello, What could I replace the guaiac oil with? Or can it simply be excluded from the recipe without any adjustments? Thank you!

Larisa, it is not necessary to store the cream in the refrigerator, otherwise an oil film may form due to the temperature difference. No problem, mix the cream thoroughly and store it chilled but not in the fridge. Have a nice day!

Hi!It's true that the cream hardened nicely while I kept it in the refrigerator. But after I take it out at room temperature 25°,it forms a yellowish oil film on top.The consistency is as desired but what should I do to stop the oil film from forming on top?

Hello, Larisa. The fact that the guaiac oil was liquid did not affect the viscosity of the cream in the end. After the time in the freezer it probably didn't firm up enough, but by the next day it's probably fine.
