Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) is a water-soluble mineral long known as an ingredient for relaxing baths and spa care. Its crystalline structure makes it suitable both for complete dissolution in warm water (bath salts) and, in granular form, as an exfoliating agent in body scrubs.
It is a classic ingredient for relaxing care rituals, foot baths, body baths, and body scrubs. Ellemental Epsom Salt is of high purity in white, water-soluble crystal form, suitable for DIY body care formulations.

Usage Guide
- For bath salts: combine directly with other salts, essential oils, and other active ingredients, extracts, or herbs
- For scrubs: always combine with a carrier oil, as dry salt used alone on the skin is too abrasive
- Add 3-5 tablespoons to warm bath water and soak for 20 minutes, up to three times a week
- Combine 250 g Epsom salt with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil + 1-2 teaspoons of essential oil (peppermint, lavender, grapefruit, rosemary, eucalyptus...), place the mixture in a glass jar, and use 3-4 tablespoons in the tub for a bath
- Add 1-2 tablespoons to warm water to soak and soothe feet
