I use it in combination with frankincense oil for arthritis. I don't know if it's just a coincidence (I also take medication), but until I started using this combination, I didn't feel any improvement. Now I can use my hand more than before and the pain has lessened considerably.

It does not have an exotic odor as I expected but I massaged the joints a little and already feels the effect of decongestion as disadvantages and hard to get out of the bottle may be thick I do not realize!
