Hello Gabriella, We assume the precipitation is due to the pH value. Measure the pH and adjust if necessary. However the product can be used, just shake before use.

Hello! I modified this recipe a bit and formulated it as follows: Rose Water 40%, Pure/Distilled Water 28%, Aloe Vera Gel 20%, Ginkgo biloba extract 5%, Propanediol 2%, Softdermo 4%, OLIGO Hyaluronic Acid 0.50%, Natural Chelator 0.20%. After a few days a deposit forms at the bottom of the container. Do you have any idea if this is normal or if there is an ingredient that does not fit in this formula?

Hello, I really like this combination! I have made it several times! I would like to add collagen vege and increase the hmw content for a thicker texture! What percentages do you recommend?

Hello Laura, Ph is fine. No need to increase the percentage of preservative. If adding additional ingredients, adjust the amount of water.

Hello! Yes, you can make the suggested substitutions, we recommend 3% green tea extract and 0.6% cosgard. All the best!

Hello. Could I replace ginkgo extract with green tea extract and use cosgard instead of dermosoft? If so, what amounts could I use? Thank you very much.

Hello! It is possible to enrich the formula with the suggested ingredients, with the proviso that the glycerin extracts should not exceed 7-8% in total so as not to introduce too much glycerin into the composition. Cornflower water can be replaced with witch hazel. Pay attention to the final pH, to be no more than 5.5 to ensure the effectiveness of the preservative. Good luck!

Hello! I would like to prepare this toner, but to customize it a bit and I'm thinking to add 5% extra Chestnut, 2% Niacinamide and 5% extra Vita Rosie. Maybe the formula is too heavy with the 5% Vita rosie too, but I would like to have the Chestnut salb. and niacinamide because my complexion is slightly dry to combination with a bit of couperose for which I could swap the Blueberry hydrolate for Hamamelis. I don't know if besides the Ginkgo Biloba extract can be added also the Chestnut extract or is it better to work with each one separately but in different formulas and for this reason I am addressing to you, with the request to help me with some advice ..... Thanks a lot and have a nice day to all the team!!!

Hello! Chelator contributes to preservation, we do not recommend removing this ingredient. We don't have an equivalent substitute, but don't worry about the alcohol content, which is minute at this dosage and doesn't affect the skin.

Is it possible to give up natural Chelator or replace it with something else? I saw that it contains alcohol, and for dry and sensitive skin I am afraid to use it. Thank you.
