A Peppermint essential oil 30 drop
A Ravintsara essential oil 8 drop
A Eucalyptus globulus essential oil 12 drop

1. Melt the cubed soap base (as small as possible, about 1 cm) in a heat-resistant container, which can be a Berzelius glass or a stainless steel cup/jar.

2. In a small container, dilute the blue and green dye in a little water. When the soap has completely melted, add part or all of the diluted dyes, as desired, and stir vigorously. Remove the composition from the water bath and add the essential oils with vigorous stirring.

3. Pour the soap quickly into the prepared mould. Leave the soapy mould on a flat surface. After 10-15 minutes cooling, sprinkle with crystal sugar and gently tap in the soap. After approx. 4 hours the soap is removed from the mould and left to dry until the next day in as dry an environment as possible. After 24 hours of preparation, the soap can be used.

If the environment in which the soap is stored has higher humidity, dew and a gelatinous layer may appear on the surface of the soap. This is normal for natural melt & pour soaps.
To avoid this phenomenon, it is advisable to wrap the soap in cling film or to store it in an airtight container.

An invigorating, energising, refreshing soap especially for hot summer days. Thanks to the essences used it has a unisex scent and gives long-lasting freshness.

Hello Cora, Some pigments are suitable to be used for coloring melt & pour soaps (pigm. cosm. mat 15 Blue), others lose their color in alkaline environments (pigm. cosm. mat 14 Bleumarin). For more information we recommend you to study the product descriptions on our website. Good luck!

Can the color intensity (darker blue) be achieved with mineral pigment matte? Or is liquid colorant more suitable?
