Preparation instructions:
Transfer the detergent base to a larger bowl.
In a separate bowl combine the ingredients of phase B.
In another bowl prepare phase C by dissolving citric acid in water.
In a small bowl mix xanthan gum with glycerine to form a paste.
Over phase A, add phases B, C and then D in turn, mixing slowly and thoroughly, avoiding excessive foaming. The solution thus prepared is transferred to the dedicated container or a clean reusable bottle.
Immediately after preparation the solution is still fluid but will thicken over the next 48 hours.
After resting, a yellow, transparent, rather viscous solution results, with high washing and foaming power.
Ethanol can be found in any supermarket in the spirits section under the name Grain Alcohol / Agricultural Alcohol, 96°.
The result is an environmentally friendly concentrated detergent, suitable for degreasing, heavy soiling, sanitising various surfaces in the home and workshop. It can be used as such for removing stubborn dirt, 3-4 drops on a damp cloth or sponge. Can also be used diluted, 3ml in 5 Ltr of water to clean various washable surfaces
