1. Mix the ingredients from phase A in a heat-resistant container.
2. In another heat-resistant container, add the ingredients from phase B.
3. Heat both phases in a water bath to 85 °C, then remove them from the heat source.
4. Slowly pour phase A into phase B while mixing, and continue mixing for 3 minutes. Then continue stirring manually until the emulsion temperature reaches 40 °C.
5. Add the ingredients from phase C and mix well. Transfer the cream into a suitable container.
