Hello! A mixture of two or more floral waters does not require preservation, but we recommend using within up to 3 months. You can also use Concentrated Grapefruit Seed Extract or Soft-dermo complex for preservation.

Hello. If I choose to make a simple toner, combining 2 floral waters (lavender and rose) if I don't add Cosgard, would the shelf life be 6 months or more? I had seen such an organic product on the market. What other ingredients can I add without having to preserve with Cosgard? Thanks!

Hello, I have a question about the Formula: 39113, I would like to add aloe vera gel instead of some of the plain water, can I add 20%? And the percentage of the other ingredients remains the same? (For a complexion with acne vulgaris with comedones). Thank you very much!

Hello! You can use Dermosoft instead of Cosgard, in which case the required dosage is 4% and the final pH of the toner should be no more than 5.5. The propolis extract in our range is specially developed for cosmetics, it is titrated in polyphenols and biomimetic, we cannot recommend replacing it with an extract with a different composition.

Hello ! Can you please tell me if instead of cosgard, I can use dermasoft complex, and in what percentage? Also, can you tell me the propolis extract, what percentage of propolis it has ? I have a similar solution with a concentration of 60% propolis, and I would like to know how to adjust to use it in the recipe ! Thank you very much !

Hello! In principle yes, the formula does not contain incompatible ingredients, but we have not tested it with another preservative.

Hello! You can use mimosa macerate instead of manjistha macerate, it is a good choice. As for replacing the Oligo hyaluronic acid, keep in mind that the HMW variant has a gelling effect, and thus you get a more viscous solution, for which the spray pump is not suitable.

Good evening! Can mimosa macerate be used as a substitute for manjistha macerate? Also, can one replace the Oligo hyaluronic acid with the HMW variant? Thank you

Hello! You can also use another flower water of your choice. The formula can be enriched with aloe vera gel and allantoin, we recommend 10% and 0.5% respectively, adjusting the dosage of the water in phase B accordingly. Good luck!

Hello. Substitute with the same properties we cannot recommend, but practically the toner can be prepared without this ingredient. You can possibly use a moisturizing ingredient such as panthenol 0.5-1% or glycerin 2-3%.
