Passion Lip Gloss
Formula: 17235 Difficulty level: beginner Shelf lifemin 6 months pH optimal: -

Phase Ingredients Total 8,5 gr
A gloss base 5,4 gr
A titanium paste 0,2 gr
A passion fruit oil 2,4 gr
A pearl pigment 59 Wine Red 0,3 gr
A aromatic melon extract 8 drops

1. In a glass or other bowl add the ingredients one at a time in the order given in the recipe, stirring after each.

2. Transfer the resulting composition to the dedicated container.

The result is a fragrant, emollient gloss with a long-lasting shine. It has a high covering power thanks to the titanium paste, so it can be used instead of lipstick.

Hi Raluca, If you want a clear lip gloss, yes, remove the titanium paste and pigment. Theoretically, you can add 1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil to your lip gloss, but as this can cause allergic reactions in some people, we recommend you do a test in the crease of your elbow. Have a sunny day!

Hello. I tried your recipe and it is wonderful! The shade, texture are exactly what I was looking for. I have 2 questions please. 1. Is it possible to add peppermint essential oil for the lip plumping effect? If yes, how many drops? 2. If I want transparent lip gloss remove the pigment and titanium paste? Thank you very much!

Hello Cora, Due to the ingredients used, there is no need to heat the ingredients. Concerning the inclusion of LIPO hyaluronic acid in the recipe, we recommend you to take inspiration from the following recipes related to this ingredient.

Hello Cora, After heating the Lipo Hyaluronic acid, menthol crystals will be added, the latter not needing a long heating time and can evaporate very quickly. Good luck!

Since the density of the ingredients differ, the volumetric dosing will only be approximate, but because this formula doesn't require great precision, you can use teaspoons, dosing the ingredients in ml.

The precision sizer I own doesn't always give the gram accuracy. So, with the set of teaspoons from your range do you think I would be able to make this lip gloss, given that the teaspoons are in ml and the grammage indicated by you in the recipe is in grams? Thank you!

Hello! If you use the titanium paste recommended in the recipe, there is no need for white pigment, and for the cream color put a little red + yellow pigment. With urucum powder we haven't worked in such applications, we don't know what shade it would give. Keep in mind that this gloss will not be matte, but glossy on the lips.

Hello! In order to get7 this gloss, but with a medium matte cream color, is it ok to combine the urucum powder with white pigment? If not, can you please tell me what to combine from your range to get the antementionate color? Thank you

Hello! You can add LIPO hyaluronic acid, but before incorporating it, it requires heating together with macadamia oil.

Hello, Alexandra. The formula already contains titanium dioxide, which is a mineral sunscreen. Alternatively, instead of macadamia oil, you can use another antioxidant-rich vegetable oil with cellular protective properties. You can choose from this list, except karanja oil.
