1. Add the solubiliser and essential oils to a glass and mix well.
2. Add the water, stir, then add the alcohol and mix thoroughly.
3. Transfer the resulting solution to the dedicated container.
Alcohol can be found at the supermarket in the spirits section under the name Grain Alcohol / Agricultural Alcohol, 96°.
Other suitable essential oils: mint, lemon, grapefruit, niaouli, litsea.
The result is a pleasantly fresh-smelling solution suitable for sanitising yoga and fitness mats. Spray evenly over the surface of the mattress and wipe with a clean, dry cloth. Allow the mat to dry before rolling it out for storage. Spray can be used once every few days, or more often as needed.
