Hello, You can add vege-keratin to this recipe. We recommend 2%, decreasing the water proportionally.

Hello Sarah, We can't recommend a replacement with identical characteristics to Hairbond. Basically, you can replace it with vegetable keratin, however this product does not provide thermal protection for the hair.

Hello! The silicones in our range are similar in function and sensory profile but are of plant origin and do not carry the negative properties of synthetic silicones. We recommend using the lotion up to 3 times a week.

I made the lotion, it's gorgeous, has anti frizz effect and detangles hair very well. Can you please tell me how often it can be used per week? It has 2 types of silicone, I couldn't find much info on the ones in the recipe. Hair-damaging silicones like dimethicone, it weighs the hair down and is very hard to wash out, over time leading to hair breakage. Is this also the case with these types of silicone in the recipe? If it were up to me, I would use it daily, the idea is not to damage and more by using it too often. Thanks

Hello, Is it possible to combine this recipe + the ingredients of the heat-protective spray? And can a small amount of apple cider vinegar be added to the water-based leave-in sprays? Thank you.

Hello! Prcatic, you can make the replacement, with the mention that only the Hair-protect ingredient provides thermal protection to the hair. Thanks for your appreciation, good thoughts!

Hello! Can this lotion be applied to dry hair, just before straightening with a straightening iron? Do I have to wait for it to get into my hair ,or is it ok if the hair is damp a little bit ,from how I spray the lotion and after straightening with the straightener?
