Good evening, I have received my ingredients today and going to make the conditioner bar using green conditioner. The recipe states 40g of cetearyl alcohol however, the usage for the product says use at 0-20%. Is using 40g ok? Many thanks. I think someone may have asked the same question but not in English.

Hello, I made this recipe, but it came out a bit soft, if I press with my finger there is a trace. And the percentage of butter seems very high to me, to my liking, it charges the hair a little. And I find that it 'pulls', it doesn't glide great on the hair. Could I replace some of the shea butter with an alcohol to help with the slip and hardening? Maybe Cetyl Alcohol a couple percent? I don't know if it can be used with the emulsifier. Thanks so much for your help and expertise.

Hello Mariana, Without tests we cannot recommend replacing Green conditioner emulsifier with Vari-Btms. The proposed replacement would require recipe reformulation.
