Polyglyceryl-3 Tetrastearate (Polyglyceryl-3 Tetrastearate)

A cosmetic ester derived from polyglycerin and stearic acid, used in formulations as an emulsifier, co-emulsifier, consistency enhancer and stabilizer for lipid-rich systems. Thanks to its structure rich in fatty acid chains, it helps create creamier, more uniform and stable textures, improves the incorporation of oils and enhances the comfort of the product during application. It is especially valuable in creams, lotions, balms, body butters, formulas for dry or mature skin and natural cosmetic preparations, where it contributes to an emollient effect, a richer texture and a softer, silkier and well cared-for cosmetic finish.
