Tricaprylin is a premium high-performance emollient of 100% vegetable origin, recognized as a sensorial transformer because the skin feel changes during application: from an initial rich and unctuous texture, it evolves toward a lightweight, non-greasy, and silky finish after absorption.

Composed exclusively of caprylic acid (C8), it offers a distinct sensory experience, and unlike ordinary MCT oils, this variant has a superior capacity to transport active ingredients into the skin, facilitating their absorption into the deeper layers of the epidermis.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is Tricaprylin the same as Fractionated Coconut Oil (Caprilis)?
Tricaprylin is a more select variant (C8 only), while standard Caprilis is a mixture of C8 and C10. Tricaprylin has a lower viscosity and feels much drier and lighter on the skin.

Can it cause pimples, is it comedogenic?
No. Tricaprylin has a very low to zero comedogenic index, being suitable for oily or imperfection-prone skin.
